Trust Your Knowing

“Trust the unfolding of your journey. Focus on what is within you…your knowing.”

What do you know
to be true
for you?

Who are you?

You are all of those things and so much more. Simply by being You.

“You above all know.”

Adventure Within

“Adventure within…that is where you find the truth.” – Te’

I AM in the process of returning from a short Sabbatical as the last weeks of winter turned into spring. Since the first of March I decided to not engage in social media.

When I deleted all icons from both by iPhone and iPad so the temptation was not there to lure me into endless checking for notifications to see what everyone else is up too. Or how many high fives from followers…

I felt liberated!

Not to say that I didn’t go through some withdrawals in this process. But it was time to give myself a break so that I could renew and focus on creating magic in my life.

For nearly three and a half years now. Pretty much every Wednesday with out fail. I have posted something. Even if only one liner’s and photos of magical moments.

In this writing journey I have connected with some really great people like yourself. From all over the world. It has helped me show up for myself each week.

To search within.
To share experts of my writing that have spoken to my soul and hopefully yours.

So as I return from ‘adventuring within’…I hope you may be inspired to find the truth within yourself and take your own adventure.

Honour what is sacred for you
and what you are creating.

Respect what you know to be true for you.

She Began to Dream…

“Something shifted inside her…

Peace filled the places

where fear had kept her locked

within herself.

She began to dream…

and believe in herself.”

Live Dangerously

I am daringly inspired by this perspective of living dangerously!

A view brought to me by my dear artist friend and fellow writer,

Gordon Hays who has his own radio show called, “The Good Life with Gordon”.

Recently on his show, he discussed how you can choose to “live dangerously by putting yourself out there…

By finding ways to express yourself creatively.”
With passion.

I have come to know that your purpose is your passion.
It is your calling.

That which you find yourselves totally, utterly and completely immersed in.
That which you lose yourself in creatively.

For me it is writing!

What is your passion?
What makes you come alive?

To live dangerously…

May be threatening to others who are comfortable with who you are now.
When you change they may either be inspired by you or perhaps threatened.

Danger presents risks. Uncertainty. New Possibilities.
It is a bit wild. But don’t we all have a wild side within us?

High Five to living a dangerous life!”

Journey of Writing

Te’ invites you, to journey with her as she writes her first book, a memoir “High Five to Triumph!” It is her hope that you will listen to your own soul speak as you read the stories of her life. Perhaps along the way, you will remember a few stories of your own. May this be an inspiration to “let your dreams take flight!”

Many of us hold onto our dreams and never set them free to be out in the universe. We all can experience daily triumph in our lives by how we bless and celebrate our experiences. An acknowledgement of the Divine within.

Why is it so challenging to see your life as a daily triumph? The simple response is that we think we have to accomplish something really big. Climb the tallest mountain. Run the fastest race. Paint the greatest masterpiece. It really is a matter of perception.

I hope that your new year is bringing you great joy & Triumph!

Cheers to You!
