To Embrace…grace

Somehow the words forming in my mind seem more confined as I write them to you now.
As I sit here amidst my thoughts and the fleeting sunshine with my cat…

I am filled with gratitude for you for revealing to me a part of myself I had not yet embraced.
I am overcome with a raw emotion of love.

The innocence of longing.
The pure delight of cherishing this grace.

May your life reflect the beauty you are.

The feminine beauty of inner wisdom,
joy and above all love.

As you embrace the beauty that you are within…

You are embracing that which you are,
your true divine sacred self.

Beyond the costumes of colour and attire…

Your pure essence of inner and outer beauty,
coming together to dance on the canvas of your life.

Brought to fruition by your energy and perspective…

By your willful, deliberate and your very determined
commitment to show up for your self and others.

Thank you for sharing in this journey of Triumph with me.
Blessings to you my dear fellow artist and creator of life.

Create your dreams…

Ones’ creative zone…like runner’s high is hugely individual.
Honour your space…kick self judgment to the curb…above all
let the magic of the day carry your dreams. High Five to Triumph!

What do you need to see clearly today?

While walking along the river’s edge…
I wrote this text to myself about perspective.

You know that little sticker in your rearview mirror that says…
“Objects are closer than they appear.”

It’s a lot about life.

Sometimes the closer something is,
the harder it is to see.

In my forties, I found this to be true when reading.
The closer it was to my eyes, the harder it was to make out the letters.

I found myself holding out my arm with reading material
farther away, at arms length.

In life we need a bit more space and
distance away to see more clearly.

When a situation is right in front of us.
It helps to take a step back so we can gain a better perspective.

To see clearly…

We also have to be willing to look at things in our life,
from a new vantage point.

To embrace the truth.
Ask for a clear perspective.

Trust what you are being shown,
will be revealed to us in its right time.

Triumph of Freedom!

It’s funny how we willingly settle in our lives to make something work isn’t it?

Knowing what we want.
Knowing what we need.
Knowing what we desire.

We compromise ourselves by thinking we can’t have it.
Or worse yet that we are not deserving enough.
By doing this we go against…

Our inner knowing.
Our God voice.
Our intuition.

As we begin to trust ourselves, we reclaim our power…

Our birthright.
Our personal energy.
Our force of internal strength.

In my journey of triumph I have come to realize that in this moment of being aware…

We are brave.
We can create a new path.
We can celebrate our own freedom.

May you claim your own power as you are intended too.

Cheers to the Triumph of Freedom!

Triumph of Writing…

“To me writing is my breath on paper.” – Te’

I would like to think that we all have something to say. We all have something to share with our writing. Finding out what is important for each of us. Learning to support one another to reach this awareness.

To hold each other up.
To encourage.
To inspire.

Writing is a way that we each can do so in whatever form it speaks to us.

For some it may be a daily jotting down of what has happened in our day in a journal or blog. A way to begin to give gratitude for the simple pleasures in our life by writing a note of thanks or a poem. For some it may be to sit before our computer, in my case, my “Mac” and type what comes to mind. For the rest of us it may be an attempt to capture a moment of inspiration with words.

To express ourselves…
To be heard.
To listen.

Writing is a way to learn to listen to our soul’s speak.

Having daily written for the past twenty five years I can honestly say it has guided me in my life. Writing has been and continues to be a very transformational experience. Don’t you think we all could benefit to be a bit more conscious of merely writing?

To find a way in quiet reflection to say what is rolling around in our minds.
To appreciate that writing is a form of art expression.
To create or tell a story.

Cheers to the Triumph of Writing!
